We just received our first bulk delivery of free Katherine mangos. We processed 31 mangos into around 8 litres of cleaned mango cheeks. We still want more so we can freeze them and live off mangos for the rest of summer. Locals tell us it takes at least 2 seasons to get over the novelty of endless mango supplies.
