Bush Tucker, Plants and Animals

As we travel around Australia we keep an eye out for any bush tucker we may happen to recognise or any interesting plants or animals that are worth writing home about. Something will only appear on this page if we’ve personally eaten it or experienced it. This section will continue to grow as we advance on our tour and learn more about Australian plants and animals. Never eat wild food unless you know for sure what it is. Many things are poisonous, some are deadly. Never take wild foods from national parks or from protected species.
